Contact
The first step is reaching out to check availability. If your date is open, we can set up a Google Meet to go over all the basics—your vision, location, and any initial ideas for the painting.

Contract and Down Payment
If you would like to book me, a contract will be sent.
To secure your date, I require a non-refundable deposit of $300.

Preparation Leading up to the Event
Every painting is unique, and I take the time to plan ahead so it reflects your day in the best way possible. Based on our conversations and the wedding location, I create sketches with different composition ideas. This ensures we have a clear direction going into the event

In-Person/ Video Chat
A couple of weeks before the wedding, we'll go over final schedules and any additional details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Day of the Event
I arrive early to set up and begin painting live, engaging with guests who want to watch or chat about the process.

After the Event
Quality takes time. I complete the painting in my studio to ensure every detail is just right before delivering your finished piece.
