The first step is a quick message to see if your date is open. If it is, we'll set up a Google Meet to talk through your vision, the venue, and any early ideas you have for the painting.

Planning and Sketches
Every painting is different. In the weeks leading up to your wedding I create composition sketches based on your venue and our conversations — so we walk into the day with a clear direction, not guesswork.
Before your wedding

Your wedding day
I arrive early, set up quietly, and start painting. Guests are welcome to watch and ask questions — that's part of the experience. I'm there to add to the day, not disrupt it.

Contract and deposit
Once we've agreed on the details, I'll send a contract. A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your date — nothing is locked in until that's in place.

Final Check-In
A couple of weeks before the wedding we'll connect again — in person or by video — to go over the schedule and any last details. I want the day to run smoothly as much as you do.

Studio Finishing and Delivery
Quality takes time. After your wedding I take the painting back to my studio to finish every detail properly before delivering your piece.

What does a live wedding
painting cost?
I price my work to reflect the time, craft, and intention that goes into each painting - not just the hours I'm at your venue, but the planning, sketching, and studio finishing that happens before and after your day.

2026 PRICING
Final investment varies based on canvas size, complexity, and travel. Every commission is priced individually — contact me and we'll figure out what fits your day.
A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your date. A contract is sent once we've talked through the details and confirmed a good fit.
